I did a 6-month program with Plasse and grew my strength more than I ever have in any class or at the gym. Dennis is thoughtful, kind, and paces everything well. Especially when you are new to heavy lifting like I was, it can seem intimidating at first, but Dennis breaks down every movement. And if you have been lifting for years, he will be equally great because he is a powerlifter and knows how to maximize potential. The environment is private and intimate - just a couple trainers and clients at a time. Highly recommend!
