“We had a Daikin heating and air conditioner installed at one of our rental properties this past August - late one evening in mid -November there was a strange sound coming from the unit - I was able to text the owner at United at 10:30 pm that evening and immediately schedule a repair the next day- as it turned out, it was just the fan hitting some debris and nothing needed to be replaced. “Rob came from Paris Heating and Cooling to check our furnace and noticed some leakage issues. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and recommended a new unit. We could have repaired the current unit but it was 22 years old and I was tired of wondering when it would kick the bucket. Anthony and Dan came out to do the installation and they were both very professional and personable. They were also very careful not to damage our floors while carrying the unit in. Anthony is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the unit and the new thermostat. We also like that Paris sells the American Standard brand, as it gets good ratings. “When our furnace stopped working at 3 a.m. on a Sunday morning during a cold snap (and during a pandemic), we were concerned that we'd be waiting a long time for heat. Alex came over soon after our early morning SOS call to assess the situation, attempted to locate a part, successfully patched the system so it would function overnight, and then set a date to install a new furnace on Monday morning, as ours had reached the end of its lifespan. Sure enough, prompt and pleasant as always, he got us up and running Monday morning. Extremely grateful to have had such a prompt and capable response. “We purchased a home last year built in 2005. We knew it was neglected. Three professionals came in and cleaned our vents. They also added tea tree oil to make our house feel immediately refreshed. They were clean, professional and after 2 1/2 hours my home feels spa like. I strongly recommend them. The stuff they removed could have been a fire hazard. I will be reusing them in 3-5 years. They also provided 3 special filters to change out quarterly. It helps to minimize germs. Who wouldn't want that?“
“Darko installed my Central Air Unit right after I closed on my home in 2020. He was on time and did an excellent job installing the Unit. I just reached out to Darko again this weekend as I had no heat in my home. Darko immediately responded and he came the following day at around 6:45 pm. He checked the Central Air in the basement and he assessed the problem immediately.
