Rob came from Paris Heating and Cooling to check our furnace and noticed some leakage issues. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and recommended a new unit. We could have repaired the current unit but it was 22 years old and I was tired of wondering when it would kick the bucket. Anthony and Dan came out to do the installation and they were both very professional and personable. They were also very careful not to damage our floors while carrying the unit in. Anthony is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the unit and the new thermostat. Was having issues with the condenser on my 2 yr old ductless unit. Rather than simply replacing the condenser Ed D. advocated for me with the unit manufacturer and got me a brand new unit. Now THAT is great customer care! Great folks at Paris. Recommend highly.Services: A/C system repair

We choose to purchase anm American Standard a Heat Pump for our condo.(makers of Trane, due to the changes coming in NYS and NYS Law changes.) A life changing experience. Katie the owner sent us a salesperson and installer to our home for a quote, HE was not just a salesperson. Big difference. Ed Diamond came and changed our life. Our health and air quality, reduction in bills, F-RG&E, noise level, and level of warmth in our home. My mom is finally warm and humidity is gone and so is the sinus problems.!!!!
