We had problems with a pressure valve on our water heater and called the company that had last worked installing it sometime around 2021.I was impressed by the speed with which they handled our request to come check out why it was leaking. As new owners, we did not hold an original service contract but they treated us with the same urgency they would have for a long time customer.They were friendly and professional on the phone. When Josh arrived that very same day, he explained what the company did, how they handled maintenance and what was needed.
