“After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! He even came back the next day with a replacement part so we wouldn't run into the same problem in the future. “We purchased a home last year built in 2005. We knew it was neglected. Three professionals came in and cleaned our vents. They also added tea tree oil to make our house feel immediately refreshed. They were clean, professional and after 2 1/2 hours my home feels spa like. I strongly recommend them. The stuff they removed could have been a fire hazard. I will be reusing them in 3-5 years. They also provided 3 special filters to change out quarterly. It helps to minimize germs. Who wouldn't want that?“

“Triton mechanical has come to our rescue on multiple occasions! Wether we had a blown compressor, blown fan or even just our AC maintenance, they have always been honest and ethical. Our first experience was a second opinion, where we had been told by a competitor a compressor couldn't be replaced and we needed an entire new piece of equipment. “This morning, Cisco and Dean came to install replacement cartridges on my American Standard bathroom sink faucet. (The faucet had started to drip about 10 days ago. Because the faucet was under warranty, I received the cartridges at no charge.) Dean and Cisco arrived on time, introduced themselves, and set to work. There were several tricky aspects to the installation, but the two men worked very well together and persisted in trying various things until the job was completed and the faucet was in full working order. In addition, they were not bothered by my presence nor by my many questions. I especially appreciated that they were able to use the replacement cartridges. Had I needed an entirely new faucet, I would have had the additional expense of the faucet plus a higher bill from American Plumbing. I would hire either Dean or Cisco again for any plumbing needs, and I recommend them to others.“

“Edited this review because they did call later, and resolve the issue. They were very professional, apologized for the issues, and handled the situation appropriately.Although everyone at High Performance is very nice I can not recommend this company. I spent nearly 20k with them 2 years ago installing central air, and a new furnace. We went with them originally because they had a better warranty than other companies. The warranty is a bit of a sham, and everything they work on is marked up several hundred percent. We recently paid $120 to have them come out and not be able to fix our furnace. After some research I fixed it myself for $30. I called them to see how much it would be to have them repair what I had found to be the issue, and they said it would be $300 even though it was still under warranty. Like I said before everyone there is very nice, but unless you’ve got money to burn their customer service when issues arise is terrible.“
