“After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! He even came back the next day with a replacement part so we wouldn't run into the same problem in the future. “Darko installed my Central Air Unit right after I closed on my home in 2020. He was on time and did an excellent job installing the Unit. I just reached out to Darko again this weekend as I had no heat in my home. Darko immediately responded and he came the following day at around 6:45 pm. He checked the Central Air in the basement and he assessed the problem immediately. “Edited this review because they did call later, and resolve the issue. They were very professional, apologized for the issues, and handled the situation appropriately.Although everyone at High Performance is very nice I can not recommend this company. I spent nearly 20k with them 2 years ago installing central air, and a new furnace. We went with them originally because they had a better warranty than other companies. The warranty is a bit of a sham, and everything they work on is marked up several hundred percent. We recently paid $120 to have them come out and not be able to fix our furnace. After some research I fixed it myself for $30. I called them to see how much it would be to have them repair what I had found to be the issue, and they said it would be $300 even though it was still under warranty. Like I said before everyone there is very nice, but unless you’ve got money to burn their customer service when issues arise is terrible.“
