“When our furnace stopped working at 3 a.m. on a Sunday morning during a cold snap (and during a pandemic), we were concerned that we'd be waiting a long time for heat. Alex came over soon after our early morning SOS call to assess the situation, attempted to locate a part, successfully patched the system so it would function overnight, and then set a date to install a new furnace on Monday morning, as ours had reached the end of its lifespan.
