I had a very involved installation of a water heater. The entire Crossfield team - from the people in the office, the two managers I met (Mike & Jason) to the install team (Rob L & Mike) - were incredibly professional, neat, knowledgeable & made sure I understood all of the new equipment before they left. I was encouraged to call with any questions I may have going forward after installation.I highly recommend Crossfield to anyone needing HVAC services of any kind.
I was very pleased with Eric, Harry & Brian, my install team from Crossfield Heating. I had a new furnace, heat-pump and hot water heater installed. They were very professional and explained the working of the heat-pump and the smart thermostat in easy-to-understand terms. Afterwards they did a thorough job of cleaning up.
Knowledgeable team, excellent service. Mark S. gave us plenty of info and got us what we needed for our new home. The install team (Todd, Tim, Rob, and Brian) removed our old furnace, AC, and hot water tank quickly and got us set up with all of our new gear in one day. Answered all our questions, went over everything thoroughly. Couldn't be better. All the equipment works great and quietly, and was a much needed update.
