I’m so glad I found Dalton. They have very friendly competent and professional technical people great service and they have come to my help more than once. These guys are terrific. Wonderful, independent family business which sadly is becoming a rarity now with so many big chains. It was clear from the first phone call, when we we all shivering in a house with a broken furnace, that we were not just a number to Dalton. We had a clean and quick install of new furnace, the young men on the install team were courteous and professional, and it was sold at a competitive price. Highly recommended.
Woke up to a 51° house (in Victor) on a Sunday morning when it was 20° out. Called 3 different places looking for an emergency after hours service call, and Dalton is the only one that said "I can come right now." A bright young guy named Mike from Dalton showed up about 20 minutes later and had me up and running in about an hour for less than it would have cost for the others just to show up. I'll use them from now on for any emergency calls, and maintenance for my furnace, and will probably call them first if I have AC issues.
