“We had a different company install our Geothermal when the house was built and had nothing but issues with hot and cold areas, lines freezing etc. Original company wouldn't come back out. “When our furnace stopped working at 3 a.m. on a Sunday morning during a cold snap (and during a pandemic), we were concerned that we'd be waiting a long time for heat. Alex came over soon after our early morning SOS call to assess the situation, attempted to locate a part, successfully patched the system so it would function overnight, and then set a date to install a new furnace on Monday morning, as ours had reached the end of its lifespan.
