“When our furnace stopped working at 3 a.m. on a Sunday morning during a cold snap (and during a pandemic), we were concerned that we'd be waiting a long time for heat. Alex came over soon after our early morning SOS call to assess the situation, attempted to locate a part, successfully patched the system so it would function overnight, and then set a date to install a new furnace on Monday morning, as ours had reached the end of its lifespan. Sure enough, prompt and pleasant as always, he got us up and running Monday morning. Extremely grateful to have had such a prompt and capable response. “For the last 5 years or so I had been working with one specific HVAC company, but then they unexpectedly went out of business earlier this year. By chance, I called Napora in the Spring to have our central air unit checked. Little did I know that I would need them several more times this year. We experienced flooding in our basement three times over the Summer due to torrential rains and water backing up into our home. Yuri and his team showed up first to check our drains and verify the water backing up was not at the fault of our basement drains. When the flooding took out our hot water heater, they showed up again to attempt to fix it, and then they subsequently came back to replace it when it was determined the "fix" was only temporary. Every time they showed up they were polite, understanding, and graciously answered all of my questions. Their rates were also competitive. “We purchased a home last year built in 2005. We knew it was neglected. Three professionals came in and cleaned our vents. They also added tea tree oil to make our house feel immediately refreshed. They were clean, professional and after 2 1/2 hours my home feels spa like. I strongly recommend them. The stuff they removed could have been a fire hazard. I will be reusing them in 3-5 years. They also provided 3 special filters to change out quarterly. It helps to minimize germs. Who wouldn't want that?“
