They told me they had someone in the area and would be here same day, even though I said it wasn't an emergency and could wait. Dan was ahead of schedule and was able to get to us 2 hours early. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Dan explained every step of the troubleshooting process until he finally narrowed it down to a bad capacitor. Luckily he had one left in the truck and was able to replace it, getting us back up and running. Overall, very happy with the response time, the service and the price was fair. “Our water heater died overnight. I called at 8:00AM right when they opened, asking about installation of a new water heater that I would be picking up shortly. Linda took my info and said call back once you have the water heater. I got back at 9:30, gave Linda a call and by 11:00 two service men arrived and had the job completed within an hour.
