I had an issue last night where I needed emergency help because my furnace kept kicking on even though the thermostat was off,I was afraid I'd have no blower left or worse a fire.
Adrian drove 2 hours to help me .He was very kind and showed me what the issue was and I have heat when the furnace kicks on now not just cold air and constant running.He even showed me how to shut it down so I don't have to have someone come at night agian .I highly recommend this place, I would never call anyone elce I trust them and that's...read full review
We were having problems with our furnace when it was still cold out, I called Tri-County several times, they came only once and said we needed a new injector. I called several times again with no response back at all so I called E&V, they had service men there asap and we found out that there was a hole in the fire pot putting carbon monoxide in the house, they immediately messaged their sales person and helped us get a new furnace that was delivered the very next day and installed. This company truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to help. I won’t call anyone else now. We had E&V replace our old fuel oil furnace with a new propane furnace. Everyone from the office, the crew that installed the furnace, the man that set up our tanks and the fuel delivery driver were extremely friendly,courteous and knowledgeable. Way better than our old company. We would definitely recommend E&V to anyone.
