I had the same problem as many of the reviews about lack of delivery. Was with them for eight years with great service. This fall that changed. I just finished changing companies. I will give them credit that they picked up their tanks and refunded my leftover propane in a very very quick time frame. So I give them credit for that.

Started using propane in 2017. Johnston Propane installed my 500 Gallon tank with a remote level sensor. They show up on time, every time when the level gets to 30%. They are ethical, professional, friendly, and offer the best fair price for their product.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Professional, and personal, very nice and concerned people in the office as well as the drivers/delivery. I highly recommend Johnstons Propane. Very reasonable price, and excellent service. Thank you to all the people at Johnston's!
