Dr. East saw our boy Todd first last week for what we hoped would be a routine check up, upon exam she immediately noted a large abdominal mass and recommended gold standard veterinary care and referrals. She handled our boy with kindness and compassion as well as discussing all of our options thoroughly and answering all of our questions. Yesterday we saw Dr. Ratcliff who also treated our sweet boy with the same dignity, respect, and high quality veterinary care. Completing the first steps of testing for his cancer diagnosis, and carefully selecting the medications he needed to be comfortable. She called us immediately upon receiving test results which unfortunately resulted in Todd’s final veterinary visit at the ER after hours. We were told where to go, what may happen, and Todd’s records were immediately sent out. This vet clinic is efficient, compassionate, and how every vet clinic should be modeled after from the technician’s fear-free approach, the doctor’s high quality of medicine, and the office staff’s efficiency. The office is clean and well thought out to be “fear free certified” which is just another sign of how important your animal’s experience is to this hospital’s staff. Because of this clinic, Todd did not suffer or feel any pain in his final days, and we are forever thankful for that. People like this vet hospital make the world a better place. Thank you.“

“Dr. Lowenstein is a patron saint of the animal world. When our cat became ill I discovered him online and immediately made an appointment. He is the MOST responsive, kind and knowledgable vet I have ever known. He came to our apartment several times. He was extremely kind to our 18 year old cat Stuart who became violently ill when he even saw a carrier. He made his last weeks so gentle and bearable. Dr. Lowenstein is amazingly responsive, answering my calls, texts and emails within minutes or hours. His kindness and attentiveness extended to the most excruciatingly difficult moments at the end of our cat's life which happened at home, in a place on our couch that Stuart loved. Dr. Lowenstein made this very difficult moment almost bearable. A million thanks to this amazingly humane and gifted medical genius.“

“Dr. Pietrzyk and her staff are so kind and empathetic. They couldn't have been more gentle with my little cat, or caring to us, when we had to say goodbye. Euthanasia is always emotional, but they made us all feel so cared for, and supported. Dr. Pietrzyk explained everything so thoroughly, and gave us as much time as we needed before and after. I had never been to this practice before, but their kindness and compassion didn't make it feel that way at all. “So today I went to go to the vetenarian to get my cat her vaccines. When I walked in a heard a very strange noise, almost like a growl but it sounded different. I was a little startled but figured it was just a large dog, everything seemed normal until the veterinarian told me to follow her… what I saw next I cannot even put into words, this was single handedly the most villainous, frightful and just down right pernicious thing I have ever seen: I will attach a photo to show what I saw but I am still in shock. Fortunately, I later found out that they ended up saving the Gorilla, so I will definitely be returning. This is an experience I will never forget.“
