I am so pleased with her attention to detail, how kind and informative she is, and I'm grateful to have found the right place for both of my boys. I hope never to have an emergency situation again. They were both deeply kind and courteous. They thoroughly examined and explained the existing documentation + considered all the possibilities given my boy’s medical history. Best yet, they explained the reasoning behind treatment decisions both past and present. I found this last bit very reassuring (in spite of my chronic worries as a pet parent).
