So thankful for Urban Vets! My cat needed dental care and a tooth removed, and local low cost animal hospitals had a wait list that would be months, way too long. While this is a small place and there's no fancy online portal, the veterinarian was able to give me an honest assessment of how much time we had before we had so I could get prepared, and also have me better advice about test results I'd gotten at another animal care place, which may protect my cat's urinary tract health long term before it became too late. It's good to know we have a place I can rely on in the neighborhood.
My experience was amazing here! I took my dog in due to a suspected ear infection and the entire staff was amazing. Elvin made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible and so sweet to him. Dr. Cohen quickly diagnosed my dog and provided a resolution.
At other vet clinics in the area it feels like they try to upsell products or services, but that was not the case here! I was given exactly what was needed for his ear infection at a very reasonable price. So glad I found this vet clinic for my dog!
