My experience at the lower east side location was absolutely amazing Dr Fracapane is so knowledgeable understanding and extremely supportive with my dogs needs the technicians Nashali and Vicky were very caring and loving with my baby. They were super sweet throughout our visit and Attentive to my dogs needs. I would absolutely take my baby back to Heart of Chelsea.
This is a new re rescue pet, and I did not have a regular vet for him yet. I was pleased that he could be seen within walking distance, and the same day I contacted. Dr. Harrington was welcoming, thoughtful, and seems to be a very common-sense practitioner. I was delighted that she phoned to check on my cat Skid on Saturday -- i had not recontacted because he already appeared to be out of the woods, and the Rx food and probiotic that was suggested was already working for him. Thankful that he's got a good vet going forward!
