I can't recommend Symphony enough. The first time I took my cat here, we came to the awful conclusion that we would have to put him down, and despite being a first time patient, they treated him and me as if we had been a part of the Symphony family for years. Every step along the way, they gave me all the information with the perfect mix of empathy and pragmatism, and gave me as much time as I needed to process emotionally and think. They are also very transparent about pricing and understand that the cost of care can be a major factor in what kind of path forward is possible. First of all I've lived near this location for 20 or more years and who would've thought. I'm so happy I had a reason to go in. Ok first the aviance is extremely comforting. Also the Receptionist is a gem Now let's talk about Kingstons Vet. I would love to mention her name but I'll let her do that bebe she's Wonderfully Pleasant extremely patient and Understanding. Now the tech who assisted May I say you're Fabulous. This is to Everyone out their stop looking you found the perfect Vet community at Symphony... Try it for yourself you will not be disappointed. Easy booking process and everyone at the office was caring & pleasant. Dr. Sremac was quite knowledgeable and clearly explained the purpose of the required tests. I have difficulty walking and people went out of their way to help me enter & exit the office. Very positive experience.
