The office itself and staff were very friendly and accommodating in person and over the phone. However I was not entirely satisfied with my pets examination - he was very sick and given antibiotics and for his two week check up I was told he was up to date on everything and was better and looked fine. About a week later the same issues started happening and the village vet didn’t have availability to see him for a while, so I brought him somewhere else where I was told that he was missing vaccinations, his infection never healed, and the medications he was given were not meant for the infection that he had. Hmmm mixed feelings doctors are different and they don’t seem to me much care it’s all about the coin. They don’t test before giving medicine gave my dog pills for 14 days and paws are still red Not understanding what the pill did but drain my acount ughhh so sad where are the loving caring vets at that truly care about healing a pet

Btw, this practice is under new management. Old practice always found a spot in emergency situations for its clients; new place tells you to go somewhere else.Old practice was sold, so this isn't the same Village Vet it had been for years (and also the reviews are all for the old practice, not the new one). Dr. Moscovitz retired and sold the practice. Nina was amazing and she always found a way to help but she’s not there anymore either.
