“We had such a wonderful experience at this dog daycare! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming. It's obvious how much they love and care for every dog, but what really impressed us was how kind they were to our child. Our little one absolutely loves dogs, and the team took the time to interact, answer questions, and make the visit so special. They never made us feel rushed and genuinely created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It's rare to find people who care so much about both the animals and the people who visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a daycare where dogs are treated with love and families feel truly welcome.

“I was bracing for exorbitant costs for a routine mature lady cat checkup. Dr Ball was really nice, patient, and reasonable. She is also a very good educator and I think all pet parents would benefit from all her helpful advice and care. The staff, as usual, were kind and friendly. I was quite pleased with the appointment. “Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day.

“I have been using Pupculture since Rocco was a pup he’s now 1 years old . The day care is great for him to socialize and he is exhausted when he comes home from all the playing . Pupculture sends me pics and videos of him through the course of his time there and clearly he is having fun . He is also groomed there and Fatima is the best . He always comes home even more handsome than when I left him .“

“We recently had our dog Holly stay at Instinct for their Board and training camp package. I am in the world of animal rescue. I run a shelter and have been rescuing dogs for close to 20 years. Instinct has always had a great reputation, and many of our adopters, love them. So when my regular sitter was going to be away at the same time as we were away- I knew we needed reliable professional, certified trainers to care for our very special girl, Holly. She has a lot of fear- based aggression with unfamiliar people. When we took her for her trial day, and met Cassie and Rebecca, I knew we made the right choice. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the type of care that Holly required. We felt extremely comfortable leaving Holly in their care for the ten days we were out of the country. We received daily updates, photos, and a progress report on how Holly was doing. We highly recommend Instinct for your training needs. “I had an amazing experience working with Deanne, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. When we first started, my puppy was struggling with separation anxiety, barking, and some challenges on walks (such as eating non-food items). Deanne created a clear, personalized plan that helped us address each issue step by step.

Deanne taught my puppy basic commands (sit, down, stay, etc.), no jumping when greeting people, walking calmly on leash, introduced him to the dog run in a safe and positive way, and gave me the tools to manage and greatly reduce barking that used to happen throughout the day.

What I appreciated most was how patient, knowledgeable, and supportive Deanne was. She not only helped my puppy but also helped me understand how to reinforce good habits and maintain consistency at home.

“We took our 2-year old Siberian long hair cat to be bathed and groomed here. Joey did an excellent job! He coordinated the time so there were no dogs at the shop when he got groomed. He took roughly two hours and showed he really cared about his work. We will definitely take our cat back here to be groomed by Joey!“

The person at the front desk was nice, however I would not recommend coming here for a groom unless you’re okay with extremely variable/not locked in pricing. Dropped off my dog (10 lbs) with the expectation that the groom cost would be around $110 + $15 for a deep teeth clean. Picked her up and was charged $175 instead, $50 more than expected and still before tip. I’m no stranger to slight price increases based on fur type but this was much more significant with little to no explanation. Seems like a nice place overall but just wanted to share so no one else gets stuck with a much larger bill than they planned for!“

“We had the best experience at Bae Tails. The staff was always warm and welcoming with our dog, Jax. He was there as a puppy and now he’s 3. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with Bae.
