My old vet wanted to charge me $1200 for teeth cleaning so I came to Rivergate because they only charged $500. When I came for the cleaning, the doctor said, “Who told you your dog needs a teeth cleaning? He has one tiny piece of plaque.” She clipped it off and said, “Done. No charge.” I’m a patient for life!!!

My 17-year-old orange marmalade cat, "Walter," passed away today after his vet and I decided that he was on the verge of suffering from the illnesses, diabetes, thyroid issues and high blood pressure, that had plagued him for several years. However, Walter would have died years ago and would not have had the comfortable life he enjoyed these past few years, had it not been for the efforts of Dr. Frances Kaminski. Dr. Kaminski is an incredible vet and an exceptional human being. She is kind, compassionate, understanding and has an enormous generosity of spirit. The BEST in midtown east for French Bulldogs and all dogs! If you’re looking for compassionate, professional, and caring vets. Rivergate is the place for you! I’ve been living in NYC for seven years and have struggled to find a nice, caring, and understanding clinic.Dr. Sue and her colleagues are simply amazing. My older frenchie has had surgery (he was 10 y/o) at the time and everything went superbly well. I have a younger frenchie who is the opposite of my older one, very anxious, stressed etc.. the team is beyond kind to him and knows how to handle him with care.
