Dr. Douglas is very good, promptly identifying the potential cause of Leo's diarrhea and prescribing the necessary medications. Previously, I visited Heart of Chelsea, where they insisted on extensive testing while Leo continued to suffer. I wish more veterinarians prioritized their patients' well-being over unnecessary testing that only increases costs.Edit : No callbacks from doctor for follow ups treatment and care
I can not glow more about this practice. My dog has been coming here since he was a baby and he loves going to the vet. Today they took my furbaby in for an emergency appointment and took the best care of him. You can not go wrong with any of the vets in the practice. They are all caring and smart doctors. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Thank you for taking the time to answer all of my questions, my dog and I are very grateful.
There are no words that could judiciously describe the gratitude I have for the doctors and techs here. This review is long overdue — almost 2 years ago, we received the most unfortunate news a fur mom/dad could get, that our Charlie Brown could not be cured and his poor prognosis would deem him medically considerable for euthanasia. BPV was our regular vet (we used to live in the area), and upon receiving that news from an emergency vet, we brought our 15 year old Yorkie here to our trusty PCV (primary care vet), Dr. McLaughlin.
