“I saw Nick after I hurt my knee on a backpacking trip in early December. I needed to get my knee back into shape quickly for an 8 day trek in January,

In an hour, he diagnosed the issue spot on, gave me some exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles, and taught me the mechanics that produced the issue.

I was able to do the 8 day trek with ease, and followed it up with a few more multi-day hikes because my knee was feeling so great!

Would definitely come back to see Nick again if I have any movement based issues“

Since working with him I have strengthened my back and core while toning the rest of my body and losing weight. His at home zoom sessions are super convenient and you get a full challenging workout comprised of serious strength training exercises but also super dynamic stretches, which I love. It's so great to feel stronger and more confident in what movements work best for my body since Coach gives a ton of information on muscle groups and movements that are best suited for your specific needs.“
