They had everything I needed in a clean and stylish atmosphere. If I lived in the area I'd most certainly have a membership. The daily rate was $37, which is a little high compared to rates outside NYC, but it is what it is. Overall though it was worth it.“

From the very start, the service was excellent - the manager helped me choose the best package for my needs and even offered me a complimentary introductory class.
All the instructors are fantastic, especially Maile, with whom I had a private session. She was incredibly attentive and gave me valuable corrections to my form and movement that will help refine my Pilates practice going forward.
I also picked up a few pairs of their adorable Pilates socks, which I’ll cherish when I'm back in London.

“Juliet is the best trainer on the Upper East Side! Whether you are already a fitness pro or new to it all, she will make sure you get what you need out of your workout. My body felt so much relief from the stretch. I have worked with both Luis and Victavia and they were both really mindful of my previous injuries and specific needs during the stretching session. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I also liked the straps they use, as they help you get a deeper stretch.“

“This is a great studio. The classes are cheaper than Barry's, but similar in nature. The average fitness level in the class is lower than at Barry's, but of course you can run as fast as you want. All staff are very friendly.“
