Fantastic workouts, they always push me to do my best. Each and every workout is intense, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I leave each workout breathing better and feeling more alive.I love their 5K runs and the atmosphere is friendly, fun, and totally worth it! Coss Marte is terrific, I can’t thank him and his instructors enough!!High recommends!!!

I came here a couple days ago using class pass, I don’t know what to expect at all. I’ve done Pilates, yoga, CrossFit and even the gym. I did the better booty wednesday, and it was probably one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. I love that they incorporate strength training, HIIT and cardio all in one go. Being in the class I get motivated by the instructor and by seeing everybody do well makes me want to do well! I will definitely be back!

Very intense workout but worth it!!!! If you are into HIIT - the very intense kind, this is the place to go.1. The space is very clean and neat. It is minimalism in prison theme while you do feel the quality details the staff put in the area. From the cleaning product, dryer, toiletries, etc. It has everything you need in a cozy space. No shoes in the work out space.2. The workout space is very well designed. It is cool and feels open but also like in a camp. The whole space makes you feel like you are training in a prison cell (a lovely version, of course).
