“Clean nice gym but I wish it was open later on weekends and the high school kids are a little annoying. I go during the day but sometimes they have half days or I’m still there when they get out of school. They stand EVERYWHERE just chatting. If they’re not standing directly in front of a machine they aren’t using then they stand right in front of the machine I’m using. Like weirdly close, again- just talking. Not all of them are like this obviously but I’ve noticed that a lot of them are there just to talk to each other and it can get annoying when you’re trying to use a machine or just walk throughout the gym. I wish the gym was open later too because the weekend late is a time I’m actually able to go to the gym but they’re only open until 7 on Saturday and Sunday. Other than these issues the gym is clean enough & people are respectable.“

“Coming from a person who has never trained in her life (30 years), who incorporated nothing but junk food in her diet, and avoided all vegetables and fruits, I turned to Sync Fitness to turn my life around. I didn’t know anything about working out, weight lifting or eating right. When I saw two of my very close friends completely transform their bodies after joining Sync, l had to check it out for myself. Joining Sync Fitness has been one of the best decisions of my life. This place entails real results, for real people. It’s a judgement-free zone for all types of people. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an expert gym rat, you are guaranteed to benefit from everything that Sync provides (i.e. training classes, meal plans, etc.). Even though I’ve only been with Sync Fitness for a year and a half, my life has completely changed for the better. I went from not having a clue about proper form for exercising and weightlifting, to walking across stage for an OCB bodybuilding bikini competition. Whatever your personal fitness goals may be, you are ensured to meet them with the trainers at Sync Fitness. The pricing, the training, the meal plans and the trainers themselves are all worth every cent to create a better version of yourself. He helped me with some shoulder issues, and I've learned something from each session. The sessions are 1 on 1, and I would highly recommend John to anyone who is looking to figure out or fix any issues they are having with their body, whether it's for aches, pains, clicks, etc. You won't regret it!“

“1000% recommend trusting Thelis! She helped me lose ~11 pounds and back close to my original weight within 4 months by jumpstarting my metabolism again!I had gained ~15 pounds during the pandemic that I was unable to get rid of despite my tried and tested methods that I used before the pandemic to stay fit. I’d put off some weight only for it to come back - it was a defeating cycle. This led me to seek a trainer.There are a few things that I love about Thelis:1. She focuses on bodyweight strength training which was a plus for me as I wasn’t a fan of machines and I wanted to learn a workout not dependent on a gym2. She was proactive and focused on pain management and form adjustments which was important to me as I have lower back pain3. She was the only trainer who saw the “extra fat” I was hoping to shed during the consultation. This sounds silly but if a trainer can’t see what you see, they can’t help you accomplish what you want to accomplish4. She had a holistic plan across nutrition, cardio and strength training that she had confidence in!5. She’s a clear and direct communicator who sets expectations appropriately. As an example, I had switched to a vegetarian diet during the pandemic, and we had an open conversation about what progress and pace I can expect if I chose to stay vegetarian vs not.6. She seeks quality (which I do too)! This is in the form of her seeking quality ingredients but also referring me to quality other providers (e.g., chiropractors).7. She helps you learn about nutrition and ingredients along the way - I love this topic too so I was excited to learn and get more curious about what I was buying at the grocery store.8. She helped me incorporate her nutritional guidance into my eating habits. As an example, I cook a lot of Indian food so we found ways to adjust what I was making so I can still eat what I want with some simple tweaks.9. Most importantly - she’s FUN, motivating and challenging!!In terms of the results beyond losing the 11 pounds:1. I feel MY BODY is controlling my eating habits - not MY MIND! It’s much easier to eat better when you don’t feel like you’re forcing yourself to. This is maybe because as I started eating cleaner and reset my body to that level with Thelis’ plan - my body isn’t craving the salty (e.g., cheese is my vice) or sugary things. In fact, I can now literally hear my body yelling at me after I do eat such in the form of bloating, churning, etc. The Mind-Body-Experience (MBX) is possible!2. I feel MUCH BETTER in my clothes and I found love for shopping again.3. I’m seeing much more definition and tone in my arms, shoulders, legs, and abs.4. I feel less bloated, more energetic, less pain in certain parts of my body, & overall more confident!5. I was getting bored of eating out but now I look so much more forward to eating out again because it’s my “cheat meal” and I get to intentionally choose my treat (just like a kid!)“

“I’ve been going to TFL now 2-3x a week for about 2 months and my experience has been amazing. I do personal training and I mostly work with Ron but have also had a chance to work with Abu and Steve. All 3 trainers have been so great. They approach my time with them very thoughtfully. No matter who I’m working with they’re always educating me, correcting me, pushing me and curating my workouts based on my goals. In this short amount of time I’m seeing improvements both in and out of the gym which has been encouraging. Being a former college athlete who was seeking to find a way to get her confidence & mental/physical competitive edge back, TFL has helped me do that and more. Very excited to continue my training based on the progress and support so far!“

“I'm not gonna lie, this class was really hard. I'm trying to take as many classes that I can in various studios to see what I like. doing best. I've tried barre, I've tried Solidcore and now I gave F45 a shot. I have a friend who's been going there for just over four years and she loves it, so I said that if she came with me, I would give it a try. I really really liked that. there was a DJ on Saturday that made the work out really fun. The constant switching to different stations, also made it fun, just as you got tired or bored of a certain exercise, it was time to switch. You do a mix of cardio and weights. Which I also really enjoyed. I just wish I stretched a little bit more in the beginning. They have a variety of levels and a variety of weights that you can lift. My suggestion is don't try to be a hero your first time. It's OK to use the lightest weights and make sure that your form is right, and that you can do the number of reps for that particular exercise. Gradually increase your weight as you go to more classes, but don't try to be a stud on the first day. I definitely enjoyed the class. The trainers were really nice. I really enjoyed the community feel out of the class and I'm definitely gonna go back.“

“Bridge is a world class training facility. It is an incredibly professional environment in which the owners, coaches, and athletes are all really supportive and knowledgable. Whether you are looking to compete, get in better shape or feel better, this is the place to be. The coaches really take the time to work on your form and make incremental improvements. Since I have been going there, I have made significant strides in strength and have seen my resistance to injuries greatly improve. I would highly recommend everyone to give Bridge a try, you won’t go to another gym again!“
