Optum Extended Hours Center - Lake Success
“I had a great experience with Dr. Patel, Dr. Ramek, Dr. Caprararella, and Dr. Yousefzadeh. This team worked collaboratively to help identify the root cause of my condition, and I truly appreciated their accessibility, support, and responsiveness throughout the process. They followed up with clear recommendations and next steps. Each doctor took the time to humanize the experience. They explained everything clearly, which helped ease my concerns. Wait times were also reasonable, making the experience both efficient and patient-centered.”
