I am so super happy seeing some of my families sisters here today in Urgent care clinic in Jamaica I love them for their hard work and zealousness especially how they show so much care and attention to the patients it means a lot to me shout out to Trishana and Maria .
Overall, I had a very good experience in this urgent care, but I have to tell the problem is the people who work at the front desk. They are really very neglecting the customers they’re not taking well. They always busy in the system doing something else and wasting time of the customers I feel they need to learn little more things and start working very fast. Take care of all the customers and provide them with the best service so they can attract more customers otherwise they’re going to lose it but overall inside they treat me very well. They gave me very good medication and highly recommended urgent care.
