F45 Training Herricks
“I signed up for a 6 AM class on Tuesday using my class pass, and it was my first time trying F45. It was a humbling experience, but also one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. What I really loved was that there were three trainers around, offering personalized feedback like one-on-one coaching. Plus, the playlist was amazing, which made it even better!”

I am building strength, improving mobility, and already feel stronger. Perfect for anyone looking to train effectively at any age.”
