“I don't know if Heather Principe is still there, but she was an extraordinary yoga teacher. I personally don't believe in polarity treatments or energy medicine, but the yoga studio is the best I've ever known. If Heather is still teaching yoga, or anyone taught by her, absolutely, go there.”
“always a pleasure to go there! everyone is super knowledgeable, gracious and professional. I only have had great experience and outcomes all around across the various services I experienced. The place is super clean and beautiful with state of the art equipment and truly feels like a holistic wellness center rather than a medical spa.. this is my goto place for years to come!”
