“My 2 kids and I have been taking classes for years now. We all just received our black belts, it’s been a rewarding journey. We also made friends who shared the journey with us. Masters Kwon and Eric are great, as are the staff. They not only teach martial arts, but overall wellness, focus, discipline, integrity, work ethic and humility. The kids have a lot fun while learning to be respectful and work together towards a common goal. Highly recommended!”
“Had a wonderful experience at the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine! The instructors were terrific.”
“These classes are not only amazing, but the staff is encouraging and kind. I always walk out feeling like I can conquer the world, I can’t wait to see them expand and add more classes.”
