This is an amazing place for children of all ages and adults to go to. The environment and support system is really positive and great and this is a great place to go to train, exercise, get into shape and just a place to come for fun. I came here a year ago and I've blossomed and grown as a person and I've become more Disciplined and Mature
Great gym with a wide variety and amazing staff. Super clean and they always charge my earphones for me since I always forget to charge them my self. Couldn’t imagine working out without my music so thanks synergy fitness.
This gym really is great. The small group classes are awesome and they make you feel welcome from day one. You will definitely sweat and lose calories! (While also laughing along the way.) You go at your own pace but also get motivated to always try a bit harder. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for that extra push to get up, work out and feel better about yourself. :)
