Beautiful classes with even more beautiful teachers! I’ve taken Liz’s classes for a number of years. She has such a sweet, kind, gentle demeanor and special spiritual connection that she brings to each class. You feel right at home and part of the community at Love Integration Yoga.
I was starting my review off with “this studio”, but it just didn’t feel right. It’s strange to refer to it as that because it’s so much more then that. Since day one, it’s been a place of healing for myself and so many others. It’s been a place that welcomes everyone and anyone with arms wide open. It’s been a place where all the teachers help hold a safe space for one another. A place where you can come back to yourself…. Love—Love Integration…. If you haven’t been to the classes, I highly recommend ya go. ????
