Very welcoming and CLEAN environment, much better than a lot of other big box gyms that I've belonged to in the past. It's unique because all of their services are a la carte so if you're just into working with your own personal trainer, or you just need a great local gym to stop in and do your own workout routine on your schedule, you can without a problem! Also, I am 100% addicted to the smoothie bar. Their protein smoothies are refreshing after a workout or any time really when you want a cold treat that feels like you're being bad... but you're not!!!“

As a 53-year-old male who previously did not prioritize my health and fitness, I often felt fragile and vulnerable, as if the slightest breeze could knock me down. Recognizing the need to invest in my well-being, I made the decision to retain a personal trainer. However, I was determined not to join just any gym filled with hundreds of people, as I sought a more personalized and comfortable fitness environment.
Upon reaching out to Kirk at COT, I was immediately impressed during my first session. It was a one-on-one experience that made me feel at ease and precisely what I had been looking for. As I continued my sessions, I appreciated the small group settings of one or two people, where we each engaged in different workouts tailored to our individual needs. Kirk ensures that even when it's not a one-on-one, he remains attentive and committed to our personalized routines, pushing us to work hard and achieve our goals.
It has now been almost a full month since I began this journey. Kirk’s diet plan has significantly transformed my eating habits, enhancing my energy levels and overall strength. I can now easily bend down to tie my sneakers without experiencing body aches, and I no longer feel older than I am. The progress I have made in just one month has been truly motivating, and I eagerly anticipate the changes the coming year will bring.
I wholeheartedly recommend joining COT and training with King. He is an outstanding personal trainer and nutrition guide, and the facility is conveniently located, making it accessible for anyone serious about improving their health.
