    I love training with Harold Palacios! He’s super thorough and really pays attention to both my strengths and the areas I need to work on. I appreciate that he actually remembers those things and focuses on them during our workouts, which makes every session feel personalized. He always knows how to push me just enough without making it overwhelming. I’m honestly not a big workout person, but with Harold I actually look forward to my sessions… just maybe not the 6 AM ones lol.

    Harold is truly the best of the best when it comes to personal training. He’s patient, genuinely motivating, and knows exactly how to help you push past your mental limits. I love how meticulous he is: from dialing in your form to remembering the weights and reps from previous sessions so you’re always progressing. He consistently puts your best interest first.     After not having worked out, like ever, I realized how out of shape, inflexible and weak I was becoming, and it was terrifying to think that it was only going to get worse unless I did something about it. I was lucky to find Harold on a friend's recommendation. I met with a few personal trainer before signing up with Harold, and immediately knew he was the one after just a few sessions. Harold is patient and knowledgeable, and it feels like he knows exactly what your limits are and pushes you just a little bit beyond that to keep you on your toes but not to turn you off completely to working out.
