We recently had a kids birthday party at Edge. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Sensei Eric is extremely talented at keeping a group of 5 year olds engaged and interested the whole time. The parents got to watch the kids during the class and multiple parents told me how much they appreciated his teaching style and how much fun their kids had.I love that on top of regular classes, they also have summer camps.

I've been attending Zor's classes for over 10 years. He is a wonderful teacher and trainer. His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.
Derek at SportsCentric Physical Therapy is *phenomenal.*. After trying 2 other local PT places and being disappointed by their approach/insights, a knowledgeable friend in the industry referred me to Derek to take care of rehabbing a stress fracture in my hip from distance running. Derek also addressed my hamstring tendinopathy, which was causing other pain in the same region. Derek is thorough, *PATIENT,* informative, and compassionate. He has a great bedside manner. He knows so much about anatomy and backs up all of his views and suggestions with explanations and knowledge. He is very responsive about progressing -- or modifying -- your program as things improve or as set backs occur. His expertise is apparent immediately. I also worked with Kristine in the office, who is also fantastic and knows a lot about running! SportsCentric has all the best equipment, including an Alter G treadmill (anti gravity) which is an essential piece of equipment if youre returning to walking/running or merely taking weight off an injury. Bonus:there is an onsite acupuncturist- Christine - who can do dry needling to compliment your therapy. Derek was also great about interfacing with insurance and with my orthopedic surgeon! All in all, 11 out of 10- could not recommend higher, and I am picky when it comes to these providers!

I was visiting Florida and decided to book a curly cut with Meg since there are no curly hair specialists where I live now. I am SO glad I did! Not only is Meg really fun and easy to talk with, she's also extremely knowledgeable. I've spent hours researching curly hair care since I started my hair journey a year and a half ago. I even had two curly cuts at a different salon during this time. She gave me information and tips I hadn't ever heard before that I can use to improve my routine.Meg also created a lovely shape for my hair. I didn't give any direction on my haircut besides the length I wanted to keep. She worked her magic, and I'm obsessed with the results. I even got a compliment on my post-curly cut curls later that day while I was out grabbing coffee! As someone who struggles with hair confidence, it made my day. I will definitely be back to see Meg whenever I'm in town and am really grateful to have found her!

I worked with Affordable Interior Design to decorate my living room, dining room, master bedroom, home office and patio. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Anita Magyar (their Westchester designer) is an incredible designer. She is very thorough, responsive, decisive - really worked with me to understand my design sense (even when I wasn't quite sure how to describe it). I loved everything she came back with! She was also flexible to make some tweaks when I wanted to look at another option for my decor. My home turned out beautifully and Anita saved me a ton of time in the process! She helped me pick out unique options which I would not have been able to come up with on my own and I am so happy with the results! She also really worked with my budget and picked out a mix of reasonable vs. high end options. I plan on working with her again for some home accessories in the near future and other areas in my home. Love, love, love Anita and would highly recommend working with her...P.S. I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I am hoping to help others who might be in the same boat struggling with decorating and hoping to find a high quality, yet affordable decorator. I was very nervous because my dog had struggled with grooming, but I'm one happy customer. I feel like I hit the lottery finding Dr. Beck... the last time I went to the dentist, no one took the the time to explain anything to me or address any of my concerns. It felt rushed and impersonal. But Dr. Beck's office felt so different from the second I walked through the door. A beautiful and clean office combined with a small team of friendly and very knowledgable staff made me feel so comfortable asking questions. Nina, the dental hygienist, was phenomenal and so kind and thorough. And not only did Dr. Beck pick up on things no other dentist had ever mentioned to me before while looking at my dental X-ray, but he took the time to thoroughly explain these things to me until I understood. I was amazed at the time he took answering my questions! I'm so happy to have found such a great dentist.
I really enjoyed my haircut. It's one of the best haircut I have had in a while and certainly the best in Westchester area for Asian hair. The owner is very nice and it's a lovely place. We had a great conversation and overall it's an awesome experience! I'll definitely come back again.

First time coming in the Salon, is small, but the ladies do know what they are doing. Anna did my hair and I am very pleased with the outcome. I love her honesty and dedication, she listen to what I wanted and did her magic. I highlighted my hair, hair cut and blow dry. It took a bit of time as I do have lots of hair, love the out come. Everyone commented my hair style. Will be going again, wish the place was a bit bigger, but small things do come in great packages. Street parking, pick the 2hr one and there are also lots of cute store near by to walk to.

We went there because it was recommended by a neighbor and we had just adopted a small puppy. The office was well managed and easy to get to. Dr. Mendelssohn was easy to talk to and very gentle with our young puppy. She didn't show any sign of pain when he vaccinated her. He spayed her 2 weeks ago and she recovered easily, without any signs of pain or even itch.

Yesterday, I got lost on my way back to Connecticut from New Jersey after getting off the Mario Cuomo bridge. I stopped at Pride Dry Cleaners, and a gentleman who might be the owner took the time to look up the directions I needed on his phone (I don't have a cell phone) and explain them to me. I appreciate his friendliness and concern, and these qualities that show caring about strangers are a good sign that Pride is a business that cares about customers as well. Thank you!

I hardly leave reviews, but I absolutely loved my experience at The Beauty Parlor that I had to share! I went in for a haircut with Mariana and I was absolutely blown away. I cut about 7 inches off and I’m always concerned with how my shorter hair looks. This is the first time I’ve been absolutely in love with a shorter haircut! Mariana took the time to hear my concerns and was super receptive. The salon itself is super pretty and all the staff were extremely nice. This review is for Maria in the Hair Salon. Maria is an amazing stylist for color, highlight, cut and style. Appreciate how Maria takes the time to assess what’s most flattering - I would say she’s a bit of a perfectionist. The products she uses are equally as great and her product recommendations keep this woman’s 60+ hair looking super healthy and vibrant. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a very long time. So glad I took a chance on scheduling an appt at Ulta with Maria. Another big plus is flexibility of hours and days. I highly recommend Maria at Ulta Dobbs Ferry. You will not be disappointed.
