Think customer service is no longer available? Get to Ulta and ask for Jessica! There are several Ulta shops in our area but the most incredible staff and product selection is Dobbs Ferry - hands down. My niece wanted a limited edition perfume that was sold exclusively at Ulta and sold out everywhere in the universe and Jessica helped me locate it when none of the other stores could. I understand makeup inside and out, and this ULTA, the team and marvelous JESSICA just made someone I love very, very happy. Nothing better than this in client service and general human kindness! ❤️

Ciara: pretty pretty good.
She clocked in and immediately made a B line to the register to back up. She provided a refreshing smile, professionalism and courtesy; she made the experience quick and enjoyable👍

Samantha the hairstylist is soooo amazing-she was super knowledgeable and nice! I will continue to going back to her!I definitely recommend!!! Miss girll knows how to cut some bangsss :)

I didn’t get the cashier’s name (long brown hair with some blonde) but she was also super sweet!

I like the selection at this location much better than the other ones around even though it’s a smaller store.
