“In my search for Yoga and Pilates classes in Nyack, I came across Soul Flyte Yoga Studio. I was happy about the content on their website - it was very detailed and informative plus the reviews were very good, which helped solidify my decision on visiting this studio. There were other things that piqued my interest, such as the ease of booking classes online. Yup, the class schedule is on their website where all the classes are displayed with the instructor and times. The communication with the studio was also good.I took advantage of the new client offer which consists of 4 classes for only $66. I had my first class (Cardio Pilates) today with Liz and it was absolutely amazing! The tempo was just right and I was able to go at my own pace. The studio was clean and the atmosphere was just calm and welcoming. I am happy to say that I completed my first ever Cardio Pilates class and it was awesome! I will definitely be a regular at the studio and look forward to the other classes - Pilates and Barre.I'll update this review with pics soon ?“

“This is my first experience at this office and I would definitely recommend them! Pema and her team are very professional and welcoming. The office is clean and there's street parking right outside. I started to have shoulder pain recently and the place I've gone to for acupuncture was fully booked. I reached out to a few places but saw the amazing reviews here and somehow was able to get a same day appointment. They checked my insurance but it wasn't covered. I don't mind paying out of pocket especially for something that can help with pain and be beneficial to my health. Like all acupuncture or holistic health places the pricing was a bit high but I felt like it was worth it. For an initial visit I paid $180. That included a consultation, acupuncture, massage, and cupping. She assessed me before and after which I thought was great. And she recommended a plan to follow up and was not pushy about a follow up appointment at all which I was happy about. I definitely felt much better after my appointment and I will be visiting again. If you're looking for a place for acupuncture stop your search!“

Emily was a valuable source of information leading up to and during the birth -- including giving us tips when the baby was still breech at 28 weeks, helping us decide how to navigate the induction process when I went past my due date, and providing advice on how to manage pain without an epidural during a much faster than expected progression of labor. I pulled my neck during labor, and Emily gave me a postpartum massage which felt great and seemed to help speed my recovery.Emily is organized, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly.
