Completely obsessed with this place ! From the minute I walk in I I am greeted with a smile. I had two services, one with Kayla for a facial which was exactly what I needed. My face looked absolutely flawless after. 10/10. Next I got my hair done by Ashley. She was awesome as well. Even her assistant Mandy was amazing. The entire salon was attentive, beautiful views & amazing service. Definitely worth my drive from NJ.
Updated review - Original below. The salon reached out to me to discuss my concerns and issues with my haircut and dry. They offered me a full refund or an additional haircut to fix the first one. I took the refund - but was very impressed with how quickly they reached out to me to discuss the problems. Pleased with how they resolved the situation.
Very disappointed in the service that I received at this salon today. I was a very last minute booking for a haircut and blowout. Went in and while everyone including my stylist was pleasant, I had a very mediocre haircut and then when discussing the blowout that I had booked, I said that I didn't want it blown...read full review
I was searching for someone who could give me the lived in hair cut. There was no one near by. Marie was the closest (over an hour away) I made the appointment because she could do what I wanted. And wow it is perfect. I love it so much! The salon was beautiful and in a beautiful building. I had never been to this part of NY before. I am very happy and would recommend her to anyone who knows and wants this technique of a haircut.
