I googled and I read the reviews and was happy with the responses. I called and they came to our house same day. They treated the bees and I’m to check in a day or two. I appreciated their prompt service and reassured with their 30-day guarantee.
Kevin is always highly responsive and attentive to issues. Yesterday he sent Emanual to remove yellow jacket hives/nests from inside my house. Very scary but he handled the problem with ease. Still finding near dead bees in the house but if the problem continues I know they will take care of it. Emanual warned me to expect them to die out over the next five days.
The exterminator Joe arrived a little before I expected him, which was great. No waiting around. He was courteous and professional. I showed him where the yellow jacket nest was, and left him to work.
He took about 20-25 minutes. He then explained what he did in detail. He also answered all of my questions very thoroughly.
