And they even re-did an item free of charge when I wasn't 100% satisfied, despite my trying to pay again (because it was a matter of personal preference; they actually did a great job the first time and the item fit perfectly. I simply preferred that the darts be in a different location on the garment).<br><br>Most importantly, the people working there are all very professional and behave appropriately, with kindness, enthusiasm and respect.”
