I recently lost my aunt who was like a mother to me. We have used this Funeral Home for multiple family members and will continue to do so fo their excellent service and empathetic, wonderful staff. Thank you for making this part of the process easy; it allows families to focus on mourning the loss of their loved ones.
My family has been using the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home since the original Edwards family owned the business. Through the transition to Jim Dwdle, and now to Joe Casario, the basic principles of empathy and professionalism, combined with the utmost in customer service have not only persevered, but been enhanced. Having our latest experience having been complicated by doing it mostly remotely due to our move from the area, Joe, Matt and Danielle saw to every need, question and exception we threw at them. We are incredibly grateful for the support of the entire Edwards Dowdle Team in helping us to FINALLY complete the ceremony for Albert Pavese and lay him in his final resting place. For all the confusion and rescheduling that your team went through with us, you never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. That shows a great amount of kindness and patience.
