I came in for a silk press and cut, and she was incredibly gentle with my hair throughout the entire process. There are several Ulta shops in our area but the most incredible staff and product selection is Dobbs Ferry - hands down. My niece wanted a limited edition perfume that was sold exclusively at Ulta and sold out everywhere in the universe and Jessica helped me locate it when none of the other stores could.
