After googling and reading reviews I realized I need to just take a chance with someone and stop pushing it off forever. I like that there was an online option to explain your hair issues ahead of time. I feel like it took all the day of appointing pressure away by not worrying about having to explain all my hair issues and how I want it to look at the appointment. The online process was smooth and easy. I’ve always had long wavy to spiral hair but it was getting difficult to hold curls for long so I wanted to get advice on how to style it. I also had hair damage I wanted to address which was causing severe breakage and tangling.
Meg explained the readings for the damage and the many things I was doing that worked against me. I chose to go a short length to give my hair a reset and allow for maximum volume. I was not forced into the “big chop” at all so you can decide exactly what you want.
I’m happy I finally got my layered cut so I can start back with healthier hair but I’m more glad that now I know exactly what to do on my own to keep it looking amazing. Thanks for taking the time to educate me on MY hair and making me realize I don’t need to master anyone else’s techniques but focus on what works for me.“
