Raymond Opticians is a great company. Customers have been using this location for years and have never had an issue. The staff is extremely pleasant, professional, helpful, and nice. They are an asset to the location. They help with prescriptions, fitting lenses into new frames, and teaching how to use contacts. They take the time needed so customers never feel rushed or under a time crunch. They really care about helping people and provide quick, professional service.
Spoke to Chris on the phone this morning and then again when I came into the store. Chris was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to not only help me go over all the different lens options, he also helped suggest some pairs when I asked. I look forward to coming back to pick up my new frames. Thank you Chris.
