“Our central air conditioner stopped working in the midst of a severe heat wave. We had a service tech come to the house to repair and all they wanted to do was to replace the entire unit. We let them go and then remembered that our daughter had a favorable experience with Merone Heating and Cooling. We called them on a Sunday and they returned our call immediately. Jason came the next day right on time and looked at the unit and tried the simplest problem and went to get a capacitor. When that didn't solve the problem, he checked the blower motor, removed it and took it to get replaced. On Wednesday morning bright and early, he returned with the motor and installed it. It was a pleasant experience. Jason was polite, cordial and professional and was up front and truthful. He also installed a new filter. The icing on the cake was when he explained that the filter was incorrectly. The other techs have been doing it wrong for all these years. And I haven't had to dust since. Bravo Jason and thank. I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.
Will DEFINITELY use them again!
