I needed my furnace cleaned n in 1/2023 a Tech (Vincent) showed up on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable.He gave me tips on how to keep my furnace in great condition. I recently had the big Co here 2 months ago.There were no complaints but I think we have an obligation to keep these smaller businesses afloat.He did a wonderful job cleaning up n taught me some things I never knew about my thermostat. Incredible service! I am really impressed with the technicians and their knowledge. They found out that my boiler had a recall issued on the heat exchange unit and worked with the vendor to get the replacement part and install it. I didn't have to do any of the liaison - they took care of everything. Calling for an appointment was easy, their Office Manager is great. They always arrived on time, were very conscientious of not making a mess as they walked through my house and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them and will continue to work with them for all of my plumbing/septic/heating needs.Services: Heating system maintenance

Incredibly impressed with the folks at A STEVENS. Started out with another provider for my A/C issue whom I won't divulge ( JNS IN GSHN ). It wasn't difficult to see that they were attempting to cash in on me. A STEVENS was recommended to me by a friend, contacted them and was impressed from the beginning after speaking with MARINA. There was an instant sense of comfort and safety knowing that I was talking to a true communicator; professional, courteous and sympathetic. I proceeded to have all repairs done by ANTHONY, also a great communicator and extremely dedicated to representing this local business with an incredible knowledge base, skill, and all around professionalism....read full review
