“Paul was very thorough in explaining our options. They provided top tier products at a very competitive price. When the heat load calculation came back higher than expected, the additional equipment needed (which increased the work load) was extremely reasonable.The crew was terriffic! They did an excellent, neat job. They were very accommodating in some minor changes. There is a lot of equipment involved, and they did as concise and neat a job laying it out and installing it as I could have asked. The job took about two weeks and they were on time every morning and cleaned up at the end of each day.The heat pump mini splits are a very different experience from the hot water radiators we were using. It's only been a few days, and we're learning how best to use them for our needs. My wife had been concerned that they would not heat the house as effectively as the huge, cast iron radiators. That has not been the case! We have more of an issue overheating. Paul has been a great help guiding us, and I'm sure that our heating struggles on the coldest days are in the past.One final thing- get the optional Wi-Fi control and remote sensors. They are a little pricey, but we have 6 head units running on two condensers over two floors. Being able to check the temperature throughout the house before getting out of bed is much better than having to go room to room with the remotes.“

“I recently had a very favorable experience working with Clover Heating and Oil in resolving an issue with the oil-fueled boiler for the steam radiators at my property at 38 Longview Ave., White Plains, NY, 10605. The boiler was shutting off after brief periods of operation, and replacement of several parts of the pump yielded no long term solution. Clover Owner Anthony Marmo at this point thought outside of the box and consulted with manufacturers of the unit to learn of an unusual but occasional occurrence of Seized Fuel Units. Clover installed an additional and redundant filtering device, and the boiler now works perfectly. Throughout my work with Anthony, with Bridgette and Samira of the dispatching staff, and with Alex and Manny, the on-site technicians, I found Clover to be prompt, responsive, expert and patient in explaining and solving the issues and deciding the courses to take. “I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest. “If you are in need a service to your HVAC system, this is the company to call. From the time I made the call to schedule the service I felt good about this place. And I was right on. Not only were they on time, they were professional and reasonably priced. They got my system working in one visit.
