“Highly skilled in hydronic systems. Worked me into his schedule the very next day after I called, for a non-emergency. Diagnosed the problem causing a water leak and had all the parts to effect the repair. Replaced defective expansion tank which caused pressure spikes which corrupted the relief valve and caused the leak. Very reasonable pricing considering the physical difficulty in getting to the replaced parts in a cramped environment. A true throwback to the days of troubleshooting a problem and making the cheapest repair that provides reliable performance.“

“We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM!
I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.

“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me. “We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours! They always arrive on time, leave the area nice and clean, as well as explain everything that was done & how it works. We replaced our HVAC system through BLEND AIR last year as well, and they even took the time to register the unit, and send us all the extended warranty info so we have it for our records. “Energy Management Solutions just finished a two-day attic insulation and air-sealing job at my house yesterday, and I’m honestly amazed at the difference already.

“I am 1000% happy that I chose County Cooling to install my Mitsubishi split system. I had several local Westchester companies give me estimates but County Cooling stood out for several reasons. For me - number one was that they take care of all the permits but more than that, they were the ONLY company that did not try to convince me that I did not need to get PERMITS!!!
