I cannot speak more highly regarding the entire team at Olympic Heating & AC! They were immediately responsive to our call when our AC unit stopped working. They went above and beyond to find and install a replacement unit ASAP. Every member of their team-From Tom, Desiree, Patricia, Jonathan, and three other field members were always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. By the way, this was the first time we ever used them and they treated us as though we have been a client of theirs for years. Well, now they have a client life! In so much gratitude!
I needed a valve and a thermocouple replacement for my old gas hot water heater. After a series of plumbers who were only interested in selling me a new system, I found Tom at Olympic. His staff came with the parts which Tom had suggested and fixed my problem at a very fair price. My unit is like me , old but running and in relatively good shape. It isn't easy to find a competent honest service these days.
