“Highly skilled in hydronic systems. Worked me into his schedule the very next day after I called, for a non-emergency. Diagnosed the problem causing a water leak and had all the parts to effect the repair. Replaced defective expansion tank which caused pressure spikes which corrupted the relief valve and caused the leak. Very reasonable pricing considering the physical difficulty in getting to the replaced parts in a cramped environment. A true throwback to the days of troubleshooting a problem and making the cheapest repair that provides reliable performance.“

“We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM!
I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.
Will DEFINITELY use them again!

“I called Downey Energy and said that I had a issue with our primary bath shower head leaking and could not stop the same,
so I turned the water off. Plus I had other issues as well. I called Downey Energy late Friday afternoon and asked if Peter (who is phenomenal), could come to address the issue, but since Peter is working part time now, they said that they would send Noah, Peter's assistant.
Early Saturday morning Noah arrived and did address all of the issues. He said that if the primary bath shower head did start to
leak again that it is probably the valve causing the leak. He said
that if that does occur Peter would have to come fix it.

Noah was extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He is a credit to Downey Oil and a remarkable young man.

Cary and his entire staff are always extremely helpful and go beyond the norm in all regards.

We purchased a wall mounted AC/Heater that worked excellent! Great installation and performance. Couldn’t ask for a better system or company to install and work with. Scott is a super nice guy and very conscientious.

Because of the great results we had with the first purchase, we selected Carey & Walsh for our second Heater, a boiler system. Weil McLain.

Scott and team did a great job with the installation. Went seamlessly. We also purchased two WiFi thermostats that also worked excellent.
