James was simply amazing! Called him on one of the coldest days we've had so far as one of the properties that I manage had no heat. Kind, professional, and went above and beyond to get the part as quickly as possible and get the heat running. Very, very reasonable ...very Communicative and very accommodating. Valley mechanical is so quick to come and help if there’s any issues. I called James because our heat wasn’t turning on and he came right away! He already had the necessary parts in his van and fixed it the very same day.
