The office staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The men arrived early and did an outstanding job with the installation with minimal disruption. They cleaned up before they left. CNS came by yesterday to service their HVAC system. Very professional, no delays, arrived within the scheduled time frame and also was easy to find an appointment. Prices were fair and aligned with market rate but just appreciated how easy they made everything. CNS Heating & Cooling! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They presented a good solution for an HVAC system and installed it quickly and according to the agreed-upon schedule. Everyone they interacted with was friendly and respectful, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
We were very grateful for CNS’ approach to replacing our HVAC system. Other companies tried to upsell us on non essential services or equipment beyond what we needed for our home. From the estimate to a follow up visit after the install, CNS considered multiple issues and provided a sustainable solution with a reasonable budget. They also came back after the install to evaluate our duct work and improved our air flow with our new system throughout the house.
Overall, this is the second time we have used CNS to troubleshoot a problem at our house and have been grateful for their honesty and smart solutions to address our problems!
CNS was very responsive and professional -- they came out to look at our AC system and provided a decent quote, then came out again in a few days and did the install in one day. All very smooth, and the team was pleasant to work with. I heard of them from a neighbor's recommendation, and I'll recommend them to others as well.
They swooped in ahead of schedule (by ten minutes) and succeeded in running a long-overdue (my bad) maintenance and descaling effort on our Navien. Leo, Michael & CNS company were excellent.
